The partnership with Anointed Connect Church Inc will focus on food security and fresh food access.
The program will have a multi-phase strategy of providing food for the needy and employment, therapy opportunities for Adults with Special Needs and Veterans. Currently we are assisting in the renovation of the location for the new Anointed Food Bank.

The Blue Initiative Program 2023, will establish the first Safety and Security Technology Simulation Center (SSTSC) in South Carolina. The program is designed to enhance emergency preparation, emergency broadband access, a centralized emergency communication center, food safety, and education, video surveillance technology training, research, and certifications.

We plan to utilize cutting-edge technology that incorporates heat exchangers composed of food-grade polymers to produce the best drinking water from the air and increase the (SSTSC) viability in case of emergencies. In Addition to utilizing Solar power systems to power the (SSTSC) in case of emergency or a natural disaster. The program seeks key corporate sponsors to provide the necessary resources to complete the project.

The EYECONNECT virtual call center technology partner will establish remote communication tools for emergency response collaboration.

The program synergizes startups, corporations, governments, academia, and investors to drive transformative change. We help startups access better technology, talent, business essentials and networks, funding, and partnership opportunities.

The project initially started in 2009 and was the first program offered by PLI. The 2022 program partner Active Expressions Art Academy, incorporated art and educational supplies for the program.

PLI GIG Kids teaches children the basics of entrepreneurship, business, and e-commerce. This project-based learning (PBL) program gives children the opportunity to learn first-hand how to start and operate their own business. In partnership with Active Expressions Art Academy, this program will provide the Fall of 2022 the first Digital Art Training Program that transforms digital art into e-commerce opportunities for youth

Minority education and training benefit the growth and inclusion of more qualified small businesses in South Carolina. Furthermore, it creates opportunity, instills confidence, and stimulates the economy. The program's mission is to improve economic and financial literacy and develop workplace training. Participants will learn corporate structures and how to write a live working business plan. It will determine individual entrepreneurial interests and apply essential marketing and project management skills. Fundamental Components: Identification of capital sources, using basic accounting principles and training, and demonstrating financial management.

The Public Safety Technology Training (PSTC) program will launch in 2023 along with the Blue Initiative Training Center. The program will focus on technology training in video surveillance and analytics and communication technologies to improve public awareness and collaboration.
